What to Know Before Buying an IPTV or Satellite Server Plan
Five quick checks that help you pick the right plan the first time: device, region, connection, support and terms.
Choosing a plan is easier when you check a few things first. Spending two minutes on this list can save you from buying something that does not work on your device.
1. Check your device
IPTV plans work on Smart TVs, Android boxes, Firestick, phones, tablets and MAG or Enigma2 receivers, but not every plan supports every device. The plan page lists the supported devices and formats (for example M3U, MAG or Enigma2). If you are not sure, message us with your device model before ordering.
2. Decide between IPTV and a satellite server
IPTV streams over your internet connection and needs no dish. A satellite server (IKS) is for compatible satellite receivers that are already connected to a dish. Our guide on IPTV versus IKS explains the difference in more detail.
3. Look at your internet speed
For IPTV we recommend at least 15 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K, ideally over a wired Ethernet connection.
4. Read the plan details and terms
Each plan page shows the duration, price, supported devices and conditions. Trial availability and refund rules are stated clearly. Please note that IKS orders are non-refundable after activation.
5. Know how to reach support
