- Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access

3.2 Payment Terms

- Payment due at subscription start or renewal

3.3 Automatic Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- Renewal charges occur on subscription anniversary
- Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid charges
7 Day Money Back Guarantee
- 7 days from initial purchase
- Refunds processed within 14 business days
- Must provide valid reason for refund request
- No refunds after 7 days or for violations of Terms
- Partial refunds not available for unused subscription periods
3.4 Failed Payments
- Account suspended if payment fails
- Grace period: 3 days to update payment method
- Account terminated after 7 days of non-payment

- Website design, graphics, and software are protected by copyright
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission

To maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages. Total liability limited to amount paid for services in last 12 months.
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by You
- Cancel subscription anytime through account settings
- Contact support for assistance
- No refunds for remaining subscription period (except within 7 day guarantee)
9.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Non-payment
- Illegal use
10. Reseller Program Terms
10.1 Reseller Eligibility
- Must apply and be approved
- Comply with reseller agreement
- Maintain minimum sales volume
