How to Find Your Receiver Serial Number for an IKS Plan

Where to find the serial number (SN) we ask for when you order or renew an IKS server plan.
Most satellite server (IKS) plans are linked to your receiver, so we ask for an identifier when you order and again when you renew. Depending on the brand, this is the receiver serial number (SN), an account or UNID, or a BoxID. The plan page tells you which one it needs.
Where to look
- Check the label on the receiver. The serial number is often printed on the back or bottom.
- Or open the receiver menu: Menu > System Settings > STB Information > Serial Number (SN). Menu names can differ slightly between receivers.
Which ID does each brand ask for?
- Forever (Apollo): Serial Number (SN) or Account/UNID.
- Nashare: Serial Number (SN).
- Funcam: Device Serial Number.
Tips
- Copy the number carefully. A single wrong character means the plan cannot be linked.
- Keep it noted somewhere safe, because you will need it again for renewal.
