How to Renew Your IKS Plan on Playrix Sky, Step by Step

From choosing a plan to activation: what to do, what to send us, and how long it usually takes.
Renewing an IKS plan takes a few minutes. Subscriptions do not renew automatically, so you choose when to renew.
Steps
- Find your serial number. On your receiver, open Menu > System Setting > STB Information. Some plans ask for an account ID or BoxID instead, and the plan page tells you which.
- Choose your plan. Open the plan on our satellite servers page and pick the duration.
- Enter your serial number on the plan page and add the plan to your cart.
- Checkout. Enter your name, email and WhatsApp number, and choose a payment method. Payment details are shared on WhatsApp.
- Activation. We activate your receiver after payment is confirmed. This is usually completed within about an hour.
Before you renew
- Make sure your receiver has a good signal and is connected to the internet.
- Check that the plan lists your satellite and your receiver brand. See our guide on which IKS package fits your country and receiver.
If something is wrong
Check the steps above again. If it is still not solved, message us on WhatsApp with your plan name and serial number and we will help.
No guarantee after activation
Activation is done on your receiver's serial number. Channel availability and performance depend on the provider's server, your receiver, your signal and your internet connection, and are not guaranteed by Playrix Sky. IKS orders are non-refundable after activation.
