1 Month or 12 Months? How to Choose the Right Plan Length
Longer plans can look like better value, but sales are final. A practical way to decide between a short and a long IKS or IPTV plan.
Almost every plan we sell comes in several lengths, and the same question comes up again and again: is it better to take a month or a full year? There is no single right answer, but there is a sensible way to think about it.
Start short if you are new
If this is your first time with a particular service, a shorter plan lets you find out how it behaves on your own device and your own connection before you commit for longer. For IPTV you can also ask for a test line first. Something that works well for a friend can behave differently on a different network or receiver.
Longer often costs less per month
On many plans the price per month drops as the duration gets longer. Do the sum yourself on the plan page: divide the total by the number of months and compare. We show prices in USD (PKR in Pakistan) and they can change, so always check the current figure there before you order.
But remember, sales are final
We do not offer refunds, and an IKS purchase cannot be cancelled once the serial number has been renewed. That is the main reason not to jump straight to 12 months. A long plan only makes sense when you are already happy with the service.
A few situations to think about
You might change your receiver or your dish. IKS is tied to the receiver's serial number, so if an upgrade is coming soon, a shorter plan is safer.
You might move country. Satellite coverage depends on where you live, so it is worth being sure of your location before paying for a long period.
You watch every day and it works well. This is the case where a longer plan usually makes the most sense, and you also avoid having to remember renewals.
How renewals work
Renewals are handled manually. Once your order is marked completed we send reminder emails a week and a day before it ends, but it is still a good idea to note the date yourself.
