Five things to confirm before you order an IKS satellite server plan, so you avoid a non-refundable mistake.
IKS orders are non-refundable after activation, so a few minutes of checking before you buy is worth it.
The checklist
- You have a dish. IKS plans are for satellite receivers connected to a dish. If you do not have one, an IPTV plan may suit you better. Our IPTV vs IKS guide explains the difference.
- Your receiver is compatible. Message us your receiver model before ordering and we will confirm.
- The satellite positions match. Each plan page lists the satellite positions it covers, for example 38°E or 105.5°E. Make sure your dish points at them.
- Your receiver is online. An internet connection is required.
- You know your serial number. See our guide on finding your receiver serial number.
Then order
Choose the plan and duration on the satellite servers page. If you are unsure at any step, contact us on WhatsApp before paying.
No guarantee after activation
Activation is done on your receiver's serial number. Channel availability and performance depend on the provider's server, your receiver, your signal and your internet connection, and are not guaranteed by Playrix Sky. IKS orders are non-refundable after activation.
