How to renew your Forever IKS
- Find your device serial number. On your receiver, go to Menu > System Setting > STB Information and note the serial number.
- Send us your serial number. Send it to us so we can process your renewal.
- Check your signal. Before renewing, make sure your receiver has a good signal.
- Wait for activation. Your server is usually activated within 1 hour of renewal.
Important notes
- Once a serial number has been renewed, the purchase cannot be cancelled.
- Sometimes certain channels or packages may be temporarily unavailable. This is outside our control.
- Before renewing, make sure your receiver is connected and up to date.
