Refund Policy

What we sell

Playrix Sky is an official dealer and partner. We sell official IKS renewal and IPTV plans, activated by the company on the device serial number you give us.

What we are responsible for

• Giving you the genuine, official plan that you ordered.
• Activating it on the serial number you entered in your order.

If we cannot activate the plan you paid for, we refund your payment in full.

All sales are final

Once a plan is activated or renewed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or moved to another device. The company does not refund activated plans, so we cannot refund them either.

Before you order, please check

• Your serial number is correct. A plan activated on a wrong serial number that you gave us cannot be moved or refunded.
• The plan and duration are the ones you want.
• Your device is supported. Ask us on WhatsApp if you are not sure.

What is not covered

These depend on your own setup, so they are not a reason for a refund:

• A slow or unstable internet connection.
• An old receiver, or a receiver that is not on the latest software.
• A weak dish signal or a dish that is not set correctly.
